Can I use the Free plan on a live store?
Yes. The Free plan allows you to publish timers (up to 2,000 views per month). You can upgrade anytime after confirming its effectiveness.
Will I be automatically charged after the free trial ends?
Yes. Your selected plan will start automatically after the trial period. No charges will be incurred if you cancel from your store's admin screen during the trial.
What are the limits for active timers and monthly views per plan?
Free: 3 active timers / 2,000 views. Starter: 10 active timers / 15,000 views. Pro: 50 active timers / 100,000 views. Premium: Unlimited. If you exceed the limits, your timers will stop displaying. You can upgrade anytime in your Shopify admin.
Can I switch between annual and monthly billing?
Yes, you can switch at any time. The change will apply from the next billing cycle, and the difference will be prorated.
What about the billing currency and VAT or Japanese consumption tax?
Billing is done in USD. For stores in the EU or Japan, Shopify automatically calculates and adds VAT/consumption tax to the invoice.
Is billing handled through Shopify?
Yes, everything is integrated into your Shopify bill, so no separate credit card registration is required.
Is there a refund if I cancel mid-term?
For annual plans, any unused portion is refunded on a pro-rata basis, per Shopify's policy.
What support is included in the paid plans?
Starter: replies within 2 business days. Pro: replies within 1 business day. Premium: replies within 24 hours.
Do you store my credit card or personal information?
All credit card information is processed through Shopify's PCI DSS compliant system, and our app does not store it. We also do not retain any personally identifiable information.
Are there any fees for changing plans?
No, there are no fees. Only the difference in price is automatically prorated.
