Can I install without touching code?
Yes. A few clicks in your Shopify admin—no theme edits required.
Does it work with the latest Online Store 2.0 themes?
Absolutely. Momentify is fully tested on Online Store 2.0. Older themes work too via CSS-selector placement.
Will timers hurt site speed or Core Web Vitals?
No. We use lightweight CSS animations and deferred scripts, so LCP, CLS, and FID stay unaffected.
What can I try on the Free plan?
Some features are limited (e.g., 2 animations, 1 variable). See the feature comparison. Within 2,000 views/month and 3 active timers, everything else is free to test.
Can I upgrade or downgrade whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect on the next billing date. Shopify automatically prorates any difference.
How long are analytics stored?
Data is kept for 120 days across all plans, then deleted automatically.
What support levels are included?
Email support for every plan. Response targets—Starter: within 2 business days, Pro: within 1 business day, Premium: within 24 hours.
